Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on eligible products under the following conditions:
1. Return Window
You may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund.
2. Eligibility for Return
- Products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- We do not accept returns on used, opened, or damaged items unless the item arrived defective.
- Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
3. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at customerservice@grabthegoodstuff.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping your return.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
